  1. Return Period
    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If your request is received after the 30-day period, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Requirements
    Please ensure that the product you are returning meets the following requirements:
    The product must be in its original packaging and unused;
    The product must be in its original condition, including all tags, accessories, and packaging;
    You must include a valid order number and proof of purchase with your return.
  3. Refund Process
    To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
    Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at corporate@sunalume.com with your order number and return request.
    Receipt Confirmation: We will process your request and provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number in the package so that we can promptly process your return.
    Returning the Product: Please return the product package to our designated address. You are responsible for shipping costs, depending on your selection. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a secure return.
    Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be refunded to your original payment method.
  4. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the same process as for returns. Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange an exchange based on stock availability.
